ComplAi announces Leadership Transition: Erik Langaker Steps Down as Chairman; Asta Stenhagen Appointed Successor with effect from January 1st 2026

ComplAi today announced that Erik Langaker will step down from his role as Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since the company's inception in 2020. He will remain a major shareholder through his holding Company Vestland Invest AS. Asta Stenhagen, lawyer and former Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Tieto Group, will succeed him effective January 1st, 2026.
Under Erik's stewardship, ComplAi has experienced significant growth. In particular over the past year, onboarding over 100 new industrial end-users spanning the globe and strengthening the strategic cooperation with Det Norske Veritas (DNV). His vision and dedication have been instrumental in establishing the company's strong market presence and innovative services.
